These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Venerde Technologies’ services, including medical billing and customer support outsourcing.

1. Services

We offer:

• End-to-end medical billing services for healthcare professionals
  
  

• Multichannel customer support services for small businesses
  
  

All services are provided according to agreed-upon scope and pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely data and documentation
  
  

• Ensure patient/client consent is in place if sensitive data is shared
  
  

• Maintain active communication for onboarding and ongoing needs
  
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as per agreed invoice cycles
  
  

• Late payments may incur service disruption or penalties
  
  

4. Confidentiality

All data, whether related to healthcare or customer communications, will be handled with strict confidentiality and protected in accordance with HIPAA (for U.S. clinics) and local data privacy regulations.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days' notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last billing cycle.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
